Obermenzing school, Munich

The original school on which this renovation project was carried out dates back to 1912. Except the main building, which has been refurbished, the majority of the buildings in the complex have been replaced.

The Auer Weber architectural studio opted for naturalness, elegance and luminosity with the use of wooden curtain walling, using VIGAM, the only oak glulam beam in the world with the CE marking for structural use.

he versatility and elegance of VIGAM can also be appreciated in the bench seating designed by the architects especially for this school.
