PRUNERA HOUSE

This villa located in Andratx, Mallorca, entailed the challenge and the success of blending in with nature in shape and depth. The local stone and the glass accompany the true protagonist of the project, ACCOYA® sustainable wood, with a natural tone that is subtly integrated into this Mediterranean environment.

The structural pillars that secure and adorn the exterior of the house, the flooring, the walls and the ceilings are all ACCOYA® . The large windows of each room open up onto terraces in ACCOYA® wood, and the structures that separate the various areas of the house are also made using this acetylated wood.

ACCOYA® is the perfect choice for this type of residential project in a natural setting, as it is an elegant, warm material that is tremendously resistant to the passage of time (it has a written 50-year guarantee). In addition to protecting the environment with its sustainable origin, it also ensures the maximum energy efficiency in construction, as it does not need maintenance.
