GEOLAM PREMIUM hybrid profiles have been developed to be implemented especially in the construction sector given their exceptional properties, integrating perfectly in all types of facades whether new or restored. This hybrid wood system (Wood Hybrid Systems: WHS), consists of a multilayer material composed of composite wood (WPC), adhered to a structural aluminium base. This assembly is so strong that it makes even the bending of the profiles possible.
Hybrid wood has become a great alternative both for exotic woods and for 100% composite profiles, but with many advantages. It is more sustainable from the ecological and economic point of view while offering greater durability, minimal expansion, stability and lightness while maintaining a similar aesthetic.

The first is minimal environmental impact due to the technology of composite wood and aluminium, they are 100% recyclable and weigh three times less than WPC, something very convenient when it comes to their transport and handling. And, very important, is that they have a minimal incidence in the dilation compared to the 100% composite profiles.
